Ethos & Etiquette
We pride ourselves on cleanliness and offering a safe space for all our customers to enjoy. To ensure everybody leaves satisfied we ask all customers to kindly read the below venue guidelines.
"No Means No" Policy: Respect, Consent, and Personal Space
At Sauna Sauna Northwich, we are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for everyone. This includes ensuring that all patrons feel comfortable, respected, and free to enjoy their experience without fear of unwanted advances or pressure. The following guidelines outline our firm policy on respect, consent, and personal boundaries:
No Means No
If someone communicates a clear "no" in response to any approach, gesture, or advance, it must be respected immediately, without question or hesitation. This is non-negotiable. Regardless of how the rejection is communicated—whether verbally, through body language, or any other form of expression—it must be acknowledged and honored without further discussion or persuasion.
Enthusiastic Consent is Key
Consent is not just about the absence of "no"; it is about the presence of a clear and enthusiastic "yes." Make sure that all interactions are mutually agreed upon. If at any point consent is withdrawn or unclear, disengage immediately. Consent must be ongoing, meaning it can be revoked at any time, and it applies to every level of interaction.
Creating a Respectful Environment
Every patron has the right to enjoy their time at the sauna without being harassed or feeling uncomfortable. If you witness someone violating this policy, or if you feel uncomfortable due to another patron's behavior, please notify staff immediately. Our team is trained to handle such situations with discretion and respect for all parties involved.
Zero Tolerance for Harassment
Any form of harassment, including verbal, physical, or emotional pressure, will not be tolerated. Violators of this policy may be asked to leave the premises and may face permanent banning from the sauna. Respect for personal boundaries is not optional and is essential for the well-being of all our guests.
Inclusivity and Respect for Diversity
We celebrate diversity and welcome guests of all backgrounds, orientations, and identities. Discrimination, offensive language, or any behavior that undermines the inclusivity of our space will not be tolerated.
